If you are hopelessly neurotic, have a large mortgage and young children, and need to live to the last possible second then you should:
1) Exercise regularly. At least 30 seconds a day. Yup, 30 seconds, not 30 minutes. More about this later under exercise.

- blood pressure pills called "prils". They are great if you have high blood pressure. And make you live longer, even if you don't !
- take five times the recommended daily doses of vitamin D ( About 5000 mg a day is good. )
- eat a high calcium diet - you will live longer. But avoid calcium supplements - you will die quicker
- if your blood sugar is even a little bit high, start on a drug called metformin. You will live longer.
- take a drug called finasteride. It prevents prostate cancer. And baldness. Although it may decrease libido. But if you are over fifty, who cares anyway ???

Get a yearly flu shot. And a pneumonia vaccination once in your lifetime. It protects you against 23 kinds of pneumonia. And a tetanus shot every 10 years is a good idea too. And a Gardasil vaccination ( against the genital wart virus) if you are young. And a Zostovax injection ( against shingles ) if you are older.
