This can be anythimg from talking to a good friend to having official psychotherapy from someone who looks and acts like Freud. This works too. Friends are better than shrinks, and the more friends and social support the better ! |
Skill ThreeThere are medications that work with depression. They work. So such up and take the pills.
No one likes taking pills. Taking pills when there is nothing wrong with you is stupud. But when you are sick, not taken your pills is really stupid. So bite your pride and take the damn pills. |
