This questionnaire is a starting point to see if you might have low T
The test is considered positive if you answered yes to question 1 or question 7, or any three other questions.

A semi-simple way to think about it is this:
1) If you have low T there is about a 90 % chance that this questionnaire will pick it up. Which is not bad for just answering a few simple questions.

2) If you have a positive questionnaire, there is a 40 percent chance that it is due to low T.
Because there are other conditions that can cause a positive questionnaire too.
Things such as depression, anxiety, sleep deprivation, hypothyroidism, boredom, or just getting older can all create a positive answer to the ADAM questions.
